Once you learn to understand a chinese natal chart, it follows the comparison between two of them, it's a very interesting exercise which usually gives some insight about the likeness of those 2 persons understanding each other with harmony or not.

The difficult part is to interpret all of this, basically it consists in mixing together what you see in both charts and see what results... but it's easier to say it than to do it! ^_^

I like to do it with the graphics generated with each chart (the wheel and the pentagon), there is easy to see the relations between signs, if there are some stars that get completed when the 2 people are together, or if, in the other hand, there are some kind of conflict which generate when one wheel is put above the other.

Then in the pentagons you can see which elements lack each person, and if the ones which are absent for one, the other have them and can share them (this is good).

One good thing about chinese astrology and their natal charts is that they are intuitive, for example, if you have plenty of wood in your natal chart but no earth or water, is evident that you would make a good match with somebody that has those elements in his/her natal chart; this is because trees need earth and water to develop and grow.

In the other hand, if you are a fire person it's likely that you wouldn't understand very well with a water person, you know, water extinguish fire and fire may boil and evaporate water... so they don't mix at all...
